Mackay Insurance is proud to have over 100 years of brokerage experience amongst it’s staff. Bruce Mackay is the president of Mackay Insurance and oversees the day to day operations. David Mackay, founder, is still active in the business and is focused on new business sales.

BRUCE MACKAY

Bruce is owner/manager of Mackay Insurance Brokers. He has been involved in the business for 19 years. Bruce is also a licensed Life Insurance Broker. Bruce is married to Tanya and has a son, Isaac (5) and a daughter Eva (3) and they are expecting # 3 in August 2008. Bruce enjoys the Belleville Bulls hockey games, helping with church activities and hosts his own radio show on UCB Canada 102.3 FM. www.ucbcanada.com |

DAWNE MCLENNAN |

Dawne Mclennan is a registered broker and has worked for Mackay Insurance for 28years. Dawne is responsible for the alpha split A-C. She is married with 2 children. Dawne enjoys cooking and her grandchildren. Starting November, Dawne will be working Monday to Thursday. |

TAMMY MOODY |
|
Tammy brings over 8 years of experience in the insurance business to the team. Tammy's roots are in the west and she currently is working in the alpha split D-I. Tammy recently received her CAIB designation. Tammy is Married with two Children |

TIFANNY GIBBS |

Tifanny has been working in the insurance industry for 4 years, the past 2 with Mackay Insurance. She has recently been promoted to Broker Rep and is responsible for the alpha split J-Mc. |

HOLLY PHILLIPS |
|
Holly Phillips is a licensed broker who has worked for Mackay Insurance for 18 years. Holly is responsible for the alpha split of Me-R. Her office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 until 3:30pm. Holly recently received her CAIB designation. A lifetime resident of the Belleville area, Holly enjoys her cottage. |

PAM BELL |

Pam Bell has been a licensed broker for 19 years, 7 years at Mackay Insurance. Pam is responsible for the alpha split S-Z. Pam is married with 2 children. Pam enjoys long walks and reality tv. Starting in November Pam will be working Tuesdays-Fridays ![]() |

DAVID MACKAY |

David started Mackay Insurance back in 1977 in Belleville after moving here from Quebec. He is currently semi-retired but heads up our New Business Sales. David enjoys attending Southern Gospel Concerts, Belleville Bulls Games, and playing with his Grandchildren. David and His Wife Margaret recently moved in to Belleville. |

KIM WILKINS |

Kim Wilkins has been a Registered Insurance broker for 7 years. She has recieved her CAIB Designation (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker). Kim isworking on our sales department. |

LISA RABY |
|
Lisa is the administrative assistant and is the voice on the other end of the phone. She is responsible for the front desk and recently obtained her Brokers Licence. Lisa is married and is expecting her first child in May 2008. |

KIM BALL |

Kim works in our Policy Services Department. She is responsible for Renewals, Processing, and Working at the front desk . Kim is our summer student for 2008 |

Liz Mawer |

Liz Mawer is the newest member of Mackay Insurance and is our adminstrative Assistant. Liz will be handling front desk duties. |
